Activation in three steps

You do not swap out SiteMinder. You do not migrate data. You add one module at a time, each one connected through the SiteMinder API using an OAuth token you generate yourself.

    Browse the catalogue. Every module has a plain-English description, a monthly price in AUD, and a compatibility note. Add to cart, check out, receive a secure activation link within a minute.

    Connect SiteMinder

    Open the activation link. Sign in with your SiteMinder login through the official OAuth window. You never share your password with us — we only receive a scoped API token that you can revoke at any time.

    Go live

    The module synchronises against your property in the background. You receive an email confirming which endpoints are active. Uptime and error logs are exposed in your Rmsclaud account dashboard from day one.

Is Rmsclaud a channel manager itself?

No. Rmsclaud does not replace your channel manager. Every module in the catalogue is designed to sit alongside SiteMinder — extending your existing booking engine, rate distribution, and reservation flow through the SiteMinder API. You keep your existing SiteMinder subscription; we add specific capabilities on top.

How long does activation actually take?

Median activation across our catalogue is under two minutes from checkout to first successful sync. The rate-limited endpoints (Analytics Export Pack, Multi-Property Console) can take up to 15 minutes on the first pull because they backfill 30 days of history.

Do I share my SiteMinder password with you?

Never. Activation goes through the OAuth flow on the official SiteMinder login page. We only ever receive a scoped API token, stored encrypted at rest in our Frankfurt vault. Revoke the token from your SiteMinder console at any time and every Rmsclaud module loses access immediately.

What if I run more than one property?

Buy one module and connect it to as many properties as you like, billed per property. If you manage three or more properties, look at the Multi-Property Console for SiteMinder which unifies all of them into one dashboard.

Where is my data stored?

Primary hosting in Frankfurt (Hetzner). Warm failover in Warsaw (OVHcloud). Backups encrypted with AES-256 and shipped to Helsinki. No data ever leaves the EU/EEA. Non-EU customers are protected under equivalent principles and Montenegro's Personal Data Protection Act.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. All modules are billed monthly in AUD. Cancel from your account dashboard or by emailing support@rmsclaud.org. No cancellation fees. Annual customers get a prorated refund under our 14-day refund policy.

What is your uptime commitment?

Every Rmsclaud module ships with a written 99.5% monthly uptime SLA. Miss the SLA and you receive a credit against next month's invoice — automatically, no ticket required. Our 2025 realised uptime was 99.7%.

I do not use SiteMinder yet — is this for me?

Not today. Every module in the Rmsclaud catalogue assumes you already have an active SiteMinder subscription and a valid SiteMinder login. If you are evaluating channel managers, email support@rmsclaud.org and we can share a shortlist of independent hoteliers happy to speak from experience.
