P-02 · Channel Sync Watchdog for SiteMinder. A lightweight monitor that polls every SiteMinder-connected channel every two minutes and raises an incident when rates, availability, or restrictions drift out of sync.
What it catches
- Rate plans stuck in error on any OTA connected to your SiteMinder channel manager
- Availability mismatches between SiteMinder and downstream channels (Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and others)
- Failed pushes flagged inside SiteMinder that would normally require someone to log in and check
- Restriction desynchronisation — minimum length of stay, closed-to-arrival, closed-to-departure
Alerting
Delivers alerts by email, Slack, or Microsoft Teams within two minutes of detection. Every alert includes the channel name, the affected rate plan, and a deep link back into your SiteMinder console for one-click resolution.
Activation
Integrates via the official SiteMinder API using your SiteMinder login. Sits alongside SiteMinder — does not replace it. Monthly billing in AUD, cancel any time.
