P-10 · Housekeeping Sync for SiteMinder. A quiet workhorse module that pushes every arrival, checkout, room-change, and stayover event from SiteMinder into your housekeeping tool in real time.
What it syncs
- Arrivals list — refreshed every 60 seconds, ordered by expected check-in time
- Departures list — with early-checkout and late-checkout flags
- Room status transitions (dirty, clean, inspected) written back to SiteMinder as reservation notes
- VIP flags and repeat-guest markers, if you also run Guest Data Enricher
Supported housekeeping tools
Native connectors for Flexkeeping, Hotelkit, Optii, Amadeus HotSOS, plus a generic webhook for anything else. Integrates via the official SiteMinder API using your SiteMinder login. Sits alongside SiteMinder — does not replace it.
