Prorated refund on monthly plans
If you cancel a monthly plan mid-cycle, Rmsclaud will prorate the refund based on the remaining days in the cycle, provided the module has not been used to make more than 5,000 API calls against your SiteMinder property in the same period. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation request.
Fourteen-day money-back window on annual
For annual prepayments, Rmsclaud offers a full refund within 14 days of activation, no questions asked. After the 14th day, prorated refunds are available for the unused portion of the annual term at the standard monthly rate.
How to request a refund
Email support@rmsclaud.org with your account email and order reference. Refunds are processed in Podgorica business hours (Mon–Fri 09:00–18:00 CET). Confirmation of the refund receipt arrives within one business day.
