What it aggregates

  • Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Hotels.com, Trip.com — via the OTA APIs your SiteMinder login already authorises
  • Google Reviews (Google Business Profile), TripAdvisor, TrustYou
  • Direct guest survey responses if you also run Guest Data Enricher
  • Sentiment scoring per review, per topic (breakfast, wifi, front-desk, cleanliness)

How you use it
