P-06 · Advanced Yield Rules for SiteMinder. A rules engine that layers on top of your SiteMinder rate plans, applying complex conditional pricing your existing setup cannot express natively.
What kinds of rules you can build
- Length-of-stay ladders — different price for 1-night, 2-night, 3+ night stays, per room type
- Day-of-week ladders — Fri / Sat premium, mid-week discount, holiday overrides
- Occupancy-triggered adjustments — automatic upward move once left-to-sell drops below a threshold
- Corporate rate visibility rules — show negotiated rates only to guests with a matching promo code
- Combination rules — event-week premium plus weekend surcharge plus stay-length discount, evaluated in a defined order
How it works with SiteMinder
Integrates via the official SiteMinder API using your SiteMinder login. Each rule compiles down to standard SiteMinder rate-plan modifications, so your existing OTA distribution keeps working with zero changes. Sits alongside SiteMinder — does not replace it.
Activation
Monthly billing in AUD, cancel any time. Every rule you create can be run in simulation mode against last 90 days of bookings before you activate it.
