P-04 · Guest Data Enricher for SiteMinder. Every new SiteMinder reservation is enriched, in the background, with device, geolocation, source, and a repeat-guest flag drawn from your own historical dataset.

What it adds to each reservation

  • Device type and browser used to make the booking (mobile / desktop / tablet, iOS / Android)
  • Country and city of the booking origin, plus first-party UTM source if the guest came from your own marketing
  • Repeat-guest flag matched by email hash across your previous SiteMinder reservations
  • Company or corporate domain heuristic based on the email domain (useful for MICE and corporate desks)

How it connects

Integrates via the official SiteMinder API using your SiteMinder login. Enriched attributes are written back as SiteMinder reservation notes so they surface directly in your PMS integration. Sits alongside SiteMinder — does not replace it, does not proxy the checkout.

Activation

Monthly billing in AUD, cancel any time. Data processed in Frankfurt under GDPR + Montenegro Personal Data Protection Act.
